This tea was produced by Taiwanese tea master in Hunan province in China and brought to Taiwan where it was stored. It comes from wild grown unmanaged tea field. I drunk this tea firstly in about 2018 and it changed significantly since than which is a good sign of its aging qualities. Is also very unusual to find TianJian tea in a cake form. It was pressed by traditional stone press which gives it special charm and good breathability for further aging.
Taste is clean, medium strong but full and still slightly smokey with a sweetness at the end.
Its hart to make it to strong and can be brewed from relatively long time. Effect is very pure, clearing head and vision and leaving body satisfied with slightly warm stomach.
