Very rare and excellent quality Tibetan tea is now mature and ready to be enjoyed.
This tea was produced for export to Tibet and most likely wasn't considered a fancy tea at first. Nevertheless after 40 year of perfect aging this turned into a treasure while keeping its modest and somewhat ordinary quality. Its multilayered full of sweetens and aroma of aged single malt whiskey. Can be steeped or cooked with excellent health benefits. 
 
This tea posses some unique energy, suitable for tea meditation or if you like tea with very deep reaching power. 
 
Originally this tea was wrapped in bamboo mats and additionally covered by Tibetan Yak skin. This helped to slow down and even the maturation process. Now each brick is wrapped by plastic cover to protect its precious aromas.
 
 
I was very fortunate to find about 10 last brick of this batch. This tea cannot be reproduced and its extremely difficult to find. Specially for relatively affordable price. Please cherish it.
