Camelia Formosensis also know as SHAN CHA (mountain tea) is an endemic tea plant probably well know for millennia by Taiwan Indigenous People.
 
It has very beautiful and charming taste and aroma. Each harvest make only several kilos so each batch is slightly different so I go to the mountain several times a year to select the batch I like the most.
 
* weather in early spring 2026 was exceptionally good so this batch is very full, aromatic and sweet with strong bottom and long durability. Delicious red tea with charm of ancient forest.
