Charming sweet sourness of dry plums and plum tree raisins completing each other with slight bite quality of Tie Guan Yin cultivar. 
In Taiwan this cultivar is more commonly found in the North but this particular tea comes from the Nantou area. It was stored carefully in large sealed vacuum bags for a long time. Now tea has reached its aged potential and it's perfectly ready for the teapot.
