Fresh oolong from DongDing Mountain was picked and processed in winter 2024 and spring 2025 carefully selected, blended and roasted in late may 2025 in manual bamboo basket over electric roaster.
 
Every time when visiting Mr. Su we are drinking tons of different Dong Ding Oolongs and I usually pick one or two I like the most.
 
This year's tea is rich, smooth with profound aroma. Very traditional and very nostalgic. It will be changing slightly in following months after the roasting but only for the better.
 
Mr Su. don't grow his tea but he cooperates with farmers who has a responsible and natural approach to growing. 
As they like to say: Their tea is approved by God !  I can only agree :)
