This is the most traditional Dayun MaoJian green tea from Guizhou Province in China. 
Whole production is less than 100kg per year and requires a lot labour and skills.
After hairy tips are picked, leaves are hand fried on wok over a fire wood. This gives MaoJian very rustical sligthly smokey character. 
 
When brewed in glass you can see thousands of white tips floating in oily and cloudy light green brew full of sweetnes and vegetal notes. 
 
Very rare and exelent green tea. Best to be enjoyed while fresh.
