Highest grade fully handmade green tea from Master Huang. This tea possesses some very delicate qualities. It’s subtle at first slightly citrusy yet very deep with oily and silky liqueur. Certainly higest quality green tea that can be found in Taiwan. 
 
Master Huang is absolute legend in Sanxia. He is over eighty and won so many prices (in Taiwan as well as in China) that he gave up to put the trophy on the walls long ago. When talking to this charming humble grandpa he emphasize mostly things as care for the land, sustainability, dedicated work and family.
 
When making tea or moving around his tea field you would hardly guess his age. Not only is his tea absolutely excellent, he is also a living proof that cooperating with nature is way more beneficial than trying to rule it. His field is as healthy as he is, full of life, so many birds, bugs as well as some signs of Taiwanese barking deer.
Leaves are harvested only once a year, in Spring time and the result is always excellent.
 
It can be easily brewed with 100C makes it one of the easiest to prepare green teas. Mr Huang's tea farm has Organic Certification.
